Key points

  • In your profile, Security Status shows which second factor is active. Until you set up the app you see Only email verification is enabled: every password sign-in sends you a 6-digit code by email.
  • Among the methods, Authenticator App is marked Recommended. Click Set Up Authenticator App, scan the QR code with the app on your phone, type the 6 digits and click Verify and Enable.
  • The QR code contains your secret key: never share it or include it in a screenshot.
  • From then on, after your password you enter the app code instead of the email code.
  • There are no backup codes, so keep your phone at hand. The profile has no option to turn the app off; if you lose your phone, contact Orizon support.
  • If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the second-factor setup section is not shown: verification is handled by your provider.
  • The Connected Apps tab lists the applications you have granted access to, for example Orizon RECON. Badges show the permissions granted; sensitive ones, such as Read company members, are shown in red.
  • For each application you see when access was granted (Granted) and when it was Last used. Disconnect removes its access immediately; to use it again you must authorize it again.
