Manage billing and token bundles

Your balance, bundles, usage and invoices all live in your Orizon profile, not in RECON. This guide shows you where to find each one and how to pick a Cyber Token bundle for external scans.

Goal

Know how many tokens you have, how much you are using beyond your prepaid bundles, which bundle is worth buying and where to download your invoices.

Prerequisites

• An Orizon account that you use to sign in to RECON.
• To buy a bundle or pay as you go: a payment method, which you add in the Payment & Billing subtab.

Steps

1. Open billing

   In your Orizon profile, open the Billing tab. The Tokens subtab opens with a summary of your balance.

2. Check your balance and active bundles

   The Available Tokens & Bundles card sums up your account balance. Just below, Active bundles lists the bundles you have already bought.

3. Check pay-as-you-go usage

   Pay-As-You-Go shows the tokens used beyond your prepaid bundles. They are invoiced on the 1st of each month at the price shown, so compare them with your balance to see what is already paid for and what is still to be invoiced.

4. Compare bundles

   Scroll down to Buy Bundles & Subscriptions and select the RECON tab. Each bundle shows the number of domains it covers, the total price and the Per domain: price. Estimate how many scans you will run, including repeat scans of the same domain: every run uses tokens again.

5. Start the purchase

   Double-check the bundle and its amount, then press Buy Now to open the payment page. Back in your profile you see Tokens purchased successfully!, or Purchase cancelled. No charges were made. if you stop the payment.

6. Review your usage

   Open the Usage tab of your profile. Use Select period and Filter by app to narrow down the time range and see which operations used your balance.

7. Find your invoices

   Go back to Billing and open Invoices. Upcoming Invoice shows the Projected total of usage not yet invoiced; Invoice History lists the invoices already issued.

Result

You know how many tokens you have, how much you used beyond your bundles, which bundle fits your scan volume and where to download your invoices.

Troubleshooting

• The history is empty. If you have not bought anything yet, you see "No invoices yet. Purchase tokens to see your billing history."
• You cannot scan with a zero balance. The balance card asks you to add a payment method or buy a bundle. Add a card in Payment & Billing to keep scanning on pay-as-you-go.
• The Partner tab shows Request Partnership. Partner prices are reserved for partner accounts. Request Partnership sends a request that an administrator reviews.
• You are looking for your probe license. Licenses for internal scans are not token bundles: see the article on tokens and licenses.
