Sign in to Orizon
Sign in to Orizon SSO, and so to RECON, with a password and code, a passkey, or Google or Microsoft, and reset your password.

Orizon SSO is the single sign-in for every Orizon service: when you open RECON without an active session, RECON sends you to the Orizon SSO sign-in page and, once you are in, brings you back where you were. The video also covers sign-up and a first test of the passkey.
Goal
Sign in to your Orizon account with the method you prefer, and get back in if you have forgotten your password.
Prerequisites
- An Orizon account. If you do not have one yet, follow the guide to create it.
- For Password & 2FA: access to your mailbox, or to your authenticator app if you have set one up.
- For Biometric: a passkey already registered in your profile and a browser that supports passkeys. If your browser does not support them, the Biometric option is not shown.
- For Google or Microsoft: an account registered with that provider.
Steps
Open the sign-in page
Open RECON or Orizon SSO. If RECON shows Sign In to Orizon, click Continue to Orizon SSO. You land on the Welcome Back page.
Enter your email and password
Type your Email, keep Password & 2FA selected, type your Password and click Sign In.
Enter the 6-digit code
Every password sign-in asks for a second factor. By default you receive a code by email, valid for 10 minutes, and the page reads Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email. If you have turned on the authenticator app, it reads Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app instead. Type the 6 digits and click Verify Code.
Forgotten password
Request the link
On the sign-in page, with Password & 2FA selected, click Forgot password?. Type your Email and click Send Reset Link.
Open the email
If an account exists for that address, you receive a reset link. The link is valid for one hour.
Set the new password
On the Set New Password page, fill in New Password and Confirm Password: at least 8 characters, at least one number and at least one special character. Click Reset Password, then Proceed to Login.
Result
You are signed in: Orizon SSO takes you to your profile or back to the application you came from, such as RECON.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid email or password: check the address and password, or reset your password.
- After 3 failed attempts from the same browser, a security check appears: complete it before clicking Sign In.
- The code has expired or does not arrive: reload the page and sign in again to receive a new code.
- No biometric credentials found for this account: you have no passkey yet; sign in with Password & 2FA and add one in your profile under Biometric Authentication.
- Invalid or Expired Link: the reset link has expired or has already been used; click Request New Link.
- You lost the phone with your authenticator app: see the two-factor authentication guide.
