When you authorize an application, such as RECON on your first sign-in, you grant it some permissions on your Orizon account. The Connected Apps tab in your profile lists every one of these authorizations, and you can revoke them at any time.

Goal

Check which applications use your account and disconnect the ones you no longer need.

Prerequisites

  • Being signed in to Orizon SSO with your account.

Steps

  1. Open the Connected Apps tab

In Orizon SSO, open your Profile and choose the Connected Apps tab. The Connected applications section lists the applications you have granted access to.

  2. Check permissions and dates

For each application, badges show the permissions granted. Sensitive ones are red with a warning icon, for example Read company members. Below you see when access was granted (Granted) and when it was Last used, or Never if the app has not used its access yet.

  3. Disconnect an application

Click Disconnect next to the application. In the Disconnect application? dialog, confirm with Disconnect.

These are the permissions an application can request:

PermissionSensitive
Sign in with your Orizon accountNo
Read your email addressNo
Read your profileNo
Read your company informationNo
Company membershipNo
Read your Cyber Token balanceNo
Read your scan resultsNo
Consume your Cyber TokensYes
Run scans on your behalfYes
Read company membersYes
Manage company membersYes
Read company audit logYes

Result

The message Application disconnected appears and the application disappears from the list. It loses access to your Orizon account immediately: the next time the application asks you to sign in with Orizon, you will need to authorize it again on the Authorize application screen.

Troubleshooting

  • No connected applications.: you have not authorized any application yet, or you have already disconnected them all.
  • Failed to disconnect application: reload the page and try again.
  • You disconnected RECON by mistake: the next time you sign in to RECON, click Authorize on the consent screen.
